Payment
Lovely By Nature accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks payable to Candy March, however we will not ship any items until the payment is processed. There is a fee of $30 for returned checks.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Express orders will be shipped within 1 business day. During busy holiday seasons, please allow up to 5 business days.
Returns
Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received (as long as the items are unused). If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.
Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable on returns.

Custom Gifts
Let us create a custom gift set for you or that special someone. A consultant will work with you to create a unique and lovely gift. You will be charged for the cost of each item included in the package design and a $15 custom design and wrapping fee. Simply contact us by email orders@lovelybynature.org.
